Questions
Questions owners bring to the walk-through
How much does a conversion cost?
It depends on square feet, slope, rock depth, plant count and what happens to the old sprinklers. You get a written price after the walk-through. The home page lists what moves it.
How soon can you start, and how long does it take?
Start dates depend on our schedule and, if you are applying for a rebate, on your approval. The written estimate gives a start window and a finish window for your yard.
Are you licensed and insured?
Our Nevada contractor license is in the footer of every page, with a link to the state's lookup. Ask us for an insurance certificate and we will send it.
What happens at the walk-through?
Someone from the crew measures the grass, finds the valves, photographs the yard and notes what you want to keep. The written estimate follows.
How do I pay?
The estimate shows the stages beside the scope. Ask which payment methods we accept when you call.
What about summer heat and monsoon storms?
Summer is mostly for removal, grading and rock, with early starts. After monsoon storms we check grade, rock and drip lines on finished yards.
What should I do before the walk-through?
Find your water account details, tell us where the gate opens, and bring any HOA letter or the rebate page you have read.
What areas do you serve?
All of Las Vegas and Henderson, plus the communities on the service area page, which also says what we don't cover.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Leonor and Aurelio do, and every page has a Spanish version. Use the language switch at the top.
Do you file the rebate application for me?
No. It is tied to your water account, so you file it. We provide measurements, photos and the written scope.
Do I need HOA approval?
Many HOAs ask for it before a front-yard change. We give you a scope and a plan to attach, and your HOA decides.
Does the work come with a warranty?
Terms, if any, are written on the estimate. Ask what they cover before you sign.
