Rebate steps
How a turf rebate usually goes
This is the usual order. Your water authority's rules decide, and they change, so read its current page first. We never promise an approval or an amount.

Step 1: Read the program
Find the Southern Nevada Water Authority's turf rebate page. Note who qualifies, what counts as turf and what you must do before work starts.

Step 4: Apply and wait
The application is tied to your water account, so you file it. Many programs want an approval before any grass comes out.

Before you book
Five things to ask your water authority
Is my yard eligible?
Ask about the type of property and the water account.
What counts as turf?
Ask whether it includes the strips by the street.
When can work start?
Ask whether you need a go-ahead first.
What must the new yard look like?
Ask about plant coverage and any limits on materials.
What happens at inspection?
Ask what they check and what you send afterward.
Our part
What we do for the paperwork, and what we don't
The rebate is between you and your water authority. We make the job and the file easier to get right.
We do
Measure and photograph the yard
Write a scope and plant list
Plan the job so it makes sense without a rebate
Give you a file after the work

Questions
About the rebate
Can I start before I'm approved?
Ask your water authority first. Many programs want a go-ahead before any grass comes out, and starting early can cost you the rebate.
How much will I get back?
That is the water authority's number, and it changes. We don't quote it, and the estimate never counts on it.
What if I'm not approved?
The scope still stands on its own. You can build in stages, change the plan or keep the grass you have.
Bring the program page, we'll bring the tape measure
Send the yard details and we will plan the walk-through around the rebate steps.
